To whom it may concern. Today I went across town (by bus mind you) to your store located at 3601 West 16th.

Now upon entering the store I was not greeted and I also stood wondering around the aisles where I was looking at merchandise where originally I was going to buy a laptop and for the next 45 minutes to an hour I was not asked if I needed any help I was not approached by any employee nothing so that sir is your company's 1st mistake now the 2nd mistake is that I said something to one of the associates who finally did approach me and then she proceeded to go over to someone who I assumed was the manager and stood there for another 10 minutes In conversation with them complaining about that I was a bit of an irate customer now the 3rd mistake is after I did make a purchase which was not a lap top by the way, it was a gaming system Then after I proceeded to pay for it I notice that there was a controller but no wire for the charging of the controller and then the associate that was ringing the up basically looked at me and said well sometimes we don't always get all the wires that go with the system. Well I can tell you that I know for a fact that a good 80% of most of the pawnshops that I deal with would not accept the merchandise without all of the included wires and controllers and what not..

Needless to say at this point I was very very irate Also keeping in mind that I came all the way across town by bus for that specific reason to hopefully get a good purchase at your store and therefore giving your store some needed business then I proceeded to leave and asked for the corporate phone number and just before I left I walked out front and there was another associate and I let her know my high displeasure on the way I was treated that I refused to put up with this treatment and how the corporate office will be hearing from me within next 2 days well she proceeded to immediately jump up and go behind the counter and specifically look for the wires or whatever I needed for the controller. Now in my mind that exactly is the way the whole situation should have been dealt with your associates at that store should have said you know give me a minute and let me look for some of the wire to that you'll need instead of just blowing me off and telling me that well you know we can't help the fact that sometimes we get the systems without the wires and you'll just have to go buy them somewhere else so the associate now was telling me sorry about my luck and on top of that was telling me that I should go out and spend more money is this the service and professionalism that your store prides itself on I should think not now I particularly want something done sooner than later I don't know what you would intend to do or what your policy is under this kind of badge horrible and unprofessional treatment by your staff but I want something done and I would appreciate it if you could reach out to me my number is 317-515-**** And my name is Jason Rodman and if I'm not available feel free to leave me a voicemail and I'll get back to you but I would like something done with the situation expediently and I don't know what row you know what things in the policy of your store would change my negative feelings about your company the but trust me sir or ma'am I have no problemo whatsoever reaching the throughout social media and exploiting your badd professional company for the piece of trash that I consider to be now if you would like to change it my point of vuew, then maybe that's in your best interest to do so .
