Did you get money back other means? I was sold fake item as gold for $1515.

They refused refund bc I did not willing to gey scammed to buying extra warranty for me to get my money back. They are running a scam.

I will contact corporate and see before contacting my credit card to dispute. I will need to seek legal help if me efforts above fail.

The Cash America on 4558 S. Cicero is a not customer friendly at all it's all latin American workers and from the manager to the employees are very disrespectful the entire store of employees make me feel like I do not belong there I should not shop there it is just very very disrespectful and hurtful I am a peaceful person but they make people extremely mad the way they talk to people deal with customers that store should be checked out as far as the people that work there you can contact me by phone 312-409-**** James Johnson II very unhappy customer with that store 45th and Cicero Chicago Illinois 60638they have a policy where is that an hour before closing they do not accept people bringing things into pawn but what if it's an emergency and the person needs the money not knowing that they stop putting things an hour beforehand I was there at 5:01 trying to pawn some rings and jewelry they told me no we don't accept no one in here after 5:00 for no pawns and I've been a customer at the store since the day it opened but for them not to accept the pawn in the store when I'm in the store at 5:01 telling me no we stop at 5:00 they are there to make the store money not turn down money and to me that is not being friendly nor is that making a profit for Cash America as a company again they stop accepting people that bring things into pawn at 5:00 I was there at 5:01 they turned me around and said it's after 5:00 so no we cannot take your jewelry

For one alot of people in this world paid taxes for alot of years in order to get their ssi and alot of people cant help when a tragic event happens to them causing them not to be able to work and to be on disability alot of people are born mentally challenged or disabled and cant help it its not like they asked to be that way nor can they help it.... Someone that talks like this about people that cant help being disabled or mentally challenged to be on ssi and disability saying they are born stupid all over Facebook should not have a job or be an employee for this company anymore cause she really just made this company look bad in so many ways......

Dissatisfaction

this company has made ALOT of money off of me. I have NEVER lost a loan.

I have been relying on Superpawn to help stem some of the losses that covid caused. I am 6 weeks away from a 10,000 dollar trust fund payment, which i intended to get all my gold back... or the majority at least... i am also in the process of buying a house and had a 13,000 dollar downpayment due.

I came in with jewelry i had pawned in the past (which i feel would show that im not trying to lose it if ive pulled it out before) and was given an offer 70% less than last time. I was then informed that my percentages had been lowered... so i was being treated guilty without having done anything to deserve that. So now i have less desire to be faithful.

You lost a customer and alot of business!!!

Im sure yall have excuses to justify your actions but now i will most likely not be returning for my items since it does me no good to maintain my perfect pick up rate. Thanks for nothing

"Customers" are a dime a dozen for these people especially now. Why would you care to trade with them if you're seeing the light at the end of the tunnel in the form of $10K and a house? This is business, stop acting like a whiny baby.

Stop trying to make yourself feel better by telling strangers about your big days ahead. No one cares...

Horrible Customer Service w "Manager"

As like many Americans we are having to go and pawn or sell things as needs come about with the government cutting unemployment benefits during the coronavirus pandemic. My husband is definitely in good standings with them on previous pawns/loans so we chose to go back to where he went YESTERDAY and pawned our speaker to get money for our AMP. The speakers they loaned us money for one day ago worked with the AMP &;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; the gentleman who helped my husband & heard both working when he gave the money for the speakers. When we had to go back today 14 hours later to pawn the AMP the gentleman who helped him yesterday said it should be fine & started the ticket. Well then the "Manager" (only female working there) decided not. She said we had to pay to get our speaker out to show the AMP worked. She was explained the situation and her staff confirmed it worked and she still refused to work with us on showing her it worked. The only way we could show her was with the speakers she already has that we just put in. When he tried to talk to her more about just using the speakers to show proof of the working AMP she refused very rudely and said unless we pay more we cannot get anything. He asked for a customer service number and she told him "Read the door". I called to find out what the deal was and midway of asking the gentleman who answered the phone she again rudely interrupted me & kept saying to call customer service... If we had the money to take the speakers out to show the AMP worked, we wouldn't be pawning anything. Definitely during these times when people are already feeling down & being let down on by our government, when we are trying to pawn off all we have for money for food & to try to get a family of 5 by for a few days dealing with someone with zero customer service skills that's so rude is just not acceptable.

The damage was not viewable when the tv is off so therw was not a way no know the tv is broken unless you turn it on they did not check it when i picked up my property

I picked up my 55-inch flat screen TV on Sunday, March 1st and I plugged it in on my day off on Wednesday, March 4th and my property was broken the screen was just all black with a crack like it hit something the employees at cash America did not check my TV to see if any damages were made I want compensation for their faults either I get a replacement TV or the amount of money the TV was worth before it went into your business Apparently the employees seem that they cannot take care of anyone else's property including the store's property as you can see their printer is broken as well

I went to your store and I pawn my laptop with my charger they took it and then they gave it back to me... when I purchased my pawn back they gave me my laptop with no charger . then i asked for it and julia went back in the back to get a new one and brang me the wrong charger.

when I told them it wanst my charger n it didn't work they laughed in my face and told me that it's not their problem.

Im pretty sure when Jack Daugherty decideded to go into the pawning business this wasnt one of his criteria

For his employees. Please im not asking for anything more then what your company holds high.

Me and my wife have been a customer of cash America for over 2 years and been going in the same store on little york rd in Houston, TX. We went in the store on Friday and as soon as we walked in an employee says to us "we can't accept your ID anymore or your wife's" then a guy named "Aldolfo" he wouldn't give me his last name, that use to be a manager and isn't anymore and has no seniority over any employee comes out being really rude and tells us to get out of his store and never come back. He was putting us down calling us names as we we're walking out. We told him we we're gonna contact corporate about his behavior and how much he's been rude to us over the past year. Saying sly little comments every time we go in there. We have couple things in pawn that we're gonna have to go back in there to get out. That Aldolfo guy doesn't need to be in customer service and we'd really appreciate it if something is done aboutvthst Aldolfo guy. Sorry he wouldn't give me his last name. He told me if I wanted it I'd have to find it out myself then told us *** y'all" which was very unnecessary along with that whole problem from the time we walked in the door

How did this go? I think this company is running a big scam.

They just sold me $1515 fake gold item and refused a refund. Contacted the girl same day after purchased and they literally say too bad. I will contact the corporate and credit card 1st.

If not legal is the way I will look into. This is unacceptable that the public is being scammed by this company.
