I bought a couple computers there, one of them had problems so I replaced it for a one better.I paid 50 dollars more.

Unfortunately this computer had some issues too, so I came back to the store and tried to replace it for one that had the same price.

They said that I have to pay $10 more,so I was like if it is the same price why do I have to give you $10 more, the assistant manager was super rude and didn't give me any solution and gave me 14 dollars less on store credit and she told me that she can't deal with me anymore and if I wanted another computer I need talk with the manager, the manager that wasn't at the store at the time!So PLEASE think twice before going to this store for electronics!!!!!

Review about: Cash America Manager.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $150.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: Assistant manager rude and unprofessional.
