Cash America - Was not explain the detail of purchase when

I purchased a ring for my husband for Christmas and two weeks later a diamond came out and I return to the store there was no kind of arrangement to be made to satisfy me on this situation. I fell the staff was not properly trained to tell customers about the warrant on the product they purchase
